What is MBIESS?
MBIESS is one of Tanzania’s leading academic support institutions, assisting schools with evaluation tools, examinations, lesson plans, and schemes of work to ensure students perform at their best. By joining MBIESS, schools gain access to professionally prepared examination materials, academic resources, and a strong network of educational institutions.
Membership Categories
We offer two types of memberships:
✔️ Ordinary Membership – Open to all primary schools, secondary schools, and academic centers in Tanzania. Schools can participate in any MBIESS examination or activity by paying a small examination fee based on the number of students.
✔️ Full Membership – Schools that want official recognition and priority access to services can become full members by paying a one-time fee of Tsh 20,000. Full members receive a membership certificate and exclusive benefits, including access to customized exams and priority scheduling.
Membership Terms & Conditions
✔️ Schools must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Tsh 20,000.
✔️ Any irregularity in examinations (e.g., cheating or forgery) will result in a one-term suspension from MBIESS services.
✔️ All payments must be deposited into our official MBIESS mobile money accounts.
✔️ Schools must confirm participation in MBIESS examinations at least one week before the exam date.
